UAE and Ethiopia seal $817m currency swap deal to promote economic cooperation

Dubai : The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ethiopia's central banks have signed a bilateral currency exchange agreement worth up to $816.79 million. 

The agreement establishes a framework for using local currencies for transactions and linking payment and messaging systems between the two countries.
